Standard models across all four series ship within 2-4 weeks. Sample units can be dispatched within 10 business days. Custom configurations (voltage, ratio, mounting) require 4-6 weeks.
Do you provide CAD models and technical drawings? ▼
Yes. STEP and SolidWorks files are available for all models. Detailed technical drawings with tolerances are included with every quotation. Request them via the contact form below.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? ▼
No MOQ for standard models — we accept single-unit sample orders. Volume discounts start at 10 units. For OEM partnerships, we offer dedicated production lines and priority scheduling.
Can you customize the communication protocol? ▼
Standard protocols are EtherCAT and CANopen. Custom firmware (RS485, Modbus, proprietary protocols) is available for orders of 50+ units. Our engineering team handles integration support.
